WHY STUDY PHILOSOPHY 
The study of philosophy is not confined to one career or one way of living. By its very nature philosophy develops skills and abilities to build the very groundwork for personal professional success in very many areas. Philosophical studies provide deep abilities to develop sound argument, logical thinking and to be able to form precise definitions and to identify fundamental issues in any area of inquiry. It is practically indispensable in passing the following tests:
TOFEL, GRE-ETS, GMAT, LSAT

Philosophy gives you the self-confidence and easiness and courage to face others with  self-reliance. Of course it opens a wide area  in the field of education itself, becoming a professional philosopher, university professor and leader in the search  for truth for many. Apart from the above philosophy helps to critically evaluate  and elucidate the most fundamental questions of life and  life’s meaning, the nature of religious faith, knowledge of fundamental moral values and  a personal center and direction in life.  Philosophy gives you the basic knowledge necessary in the areas of law, medicine , psychology, social studies,   business management,  economy and  politics.
The study of philosophy is  an ideal preparation for graduate school. Philosophy majors score higher and better on LSAT exam than any other majors and rank third on the list of majors accepted to American  medical schools. They also score well on GRE-ETS and GMAT.

GRE-ETS test is a standardized test of admission for many graduate schools in the United States and other English speaking countries and also business programs world-wide. It measures verbal reasoning , quantitative reasoning, analytical reasoning and writing and critical thinking skills  which is not necessarily related to any specific field of study.

 GMAT  examines the persons analytical , writing quantitative, verbal and reading skills in written English in preparation for admission into a graduate management program such as MBA. Over 5,400 programs offered by more than 1,500 universities and institutions in 83 countries which use GMAT as part of selection to their programs.  This test measures the ability of data presented in various formats  and multiple sources.

 Philosophy is practical knowledge which gives you not only the “how “ but also the “why” of your life and every day living.  At this time of globalization   it  provides orientations and truthful vision in the diversity and multiplicity of ideas, believes, culture, customs and ways of living around the globe.   Philosophy is therefore a rational  and logical  search for truth. It throws light and meaning into your existence.
